Nepal is a small country but it is very unique and rich of cultures. It is the oldest country of South Asia. The official name of Nepal is Federal democratic republic of Nepal. Capital of the Nepal is Kathmandu. It is situated between South China and North India. Nepal is a land locked country.

Total number of Population of Nepal is around  2,91,00,000. In this, Almost 81% are Hindu, 10% of are Buddhist, 4.4% are Muslim and rest percentage is other religions. Nepal is country in which over 123 languages are spoken. Almost 81 different cast groups living in Nepal.

Nepal do not celebrate independence day. Actually Nepal don't have any independence day because it doesn't ever conquer by any other country. That is the reason Nepal has its own calendar which is 57 year 8.5 month generation elder than global calendar. According to Nepal it is 2074 year in current time.

Nepal has very unique flag. It is not square or rectangle like flag of other countries. Actually it has a shape of joint of two triangular shapes. One triangle is the symbol of Himalayas and 2nd one is symbol of combination of Hinduism and Buddhism.

8 highest hills of the world are situated in Nepal out of top 10. World's Highest hill is also situated in Nepal which is Mount Everest also known as Sagarmatha, with the height of 8848 meters. In the year 1953, Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay reached the summit of Mount Everest they became first climbers to scale the highest peak in the world. This small country holds many world records such as Highest mountain, lake on high altitude Lake Tilicho and one of the highest valley also situated in Nepal.

It is also believed that Nepal is the birth place of Lord Siddhartha Gautama(Mahatma Buddha). He was born in 528 BC at Kapil Lumbini . Now lumbini is famous for its Peace and Holy place. Buddha birth place is the under the protection of UNESCO which is a world heritage organization. Vijay dashmi is the main festival of Nepal. It is celebrated up to 15 days. It is a festival of Victory over good vs evil.

It is considered as Nepal in a poor country but it is just a myth. $1 dollar is equal to 103 rupees of Nepal. Indian currency such as 500 rupees and 2000 rupees note are also used in Nepal. It is also believed that internet speed is very low in Nepal such as 256 Kbps but truth is 5G internet connection is used by Nepal, which is one generation next to many countries.

According to an argument, there is no passport required for India and Nepal. People of Nepal can visit India without any passport and people of India can also visit Nepal without any visa. All they have to carry an ID of their nation.

Nepal is famous for Gurkha soldiers in entire world. Their aim and thinking is that it is better to die than being a coward. Over 4000 Gurkha soldiers served in Britain army in 1816. In Indian army 40,000 Gurkha soldiers are serving in current time. National animal is the cow and illegal to eat and kill cow.

It is the only country that consist more than 7 WORLD HERITAGE SITES in 20 km in Kathmandu. More than 870 species of birds exist in Nepal, It is much more than whole Europe. Nepal is one of the limited countries where one horned Rhinoceros and Tigers are seen. Mustang is very famous for its tunnels in Nepal. 2000 year old skeleton is also found here. World's smallest men with 54.6 cm height is also from Nepal. Momos are the famous fast food of Nepal. Here, Saturday is used as holiday instead of Sunday. One of the dangerous airport exist in Nepal.
